We’re looking for a People Business Partner (also known as HRBP) to join our team partnering with a variety of teams here at ServiceTitan. In this role, you’ll partner closely with managers and talent across the R&D organization, focusing on scaling the organization and fostering a positive environment and culture to achieve extraordinary results. The People Business Partner team supports the business by contributing both strategically and practically.

We seek someone who thrives in a fast-paced, evolving environment. This role involves addressing people-related opportunities, resolving challenges, and enhancing the employee experience. Curiosity, good judgment, and a collaborative attitude are essential, even if you don’t have all the answers.

What you'll do:

  • Coach and advise managers and team members on performance management, team dynamics, and employee relations.
  • Build relationships that promote a culture of accountability, collaboration, and high-quality execution.
  • Monitor team health and its impact on the business.
  • Support organizational initiatives and projects.
  • Manage day-to-day activities with attention to detail, agility, and continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with Centers of Excellence (COEs) and the broader People Ops team on key processes like performance reviews, compensation, DEI, benefits, and development programs.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor on all people-related matters.

What you'll need:

  • 5+ years of HR experience, including at least 4+ years as a strategic HR business partner in a scaling environment.
  • Broad experience across HR disciplines such as employee relations, organizational design, performance management, and talent development.
  • Experience supporting both exempt and nonexempt employees.
  • Ability to coach and influence leaders and employees effectively.
  • Strong curiosity, business acumen, and sound judgment.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, sometimes ambiguous environment.
  • Experience supporting remote and distributed teams.
