As a Sr. People Business Partner supporting our rapidly growing Engineering and G&A organizations, your role is vital to align people strategies with business goals, ensuring the organization is prepared to meet its ever-changing future needs. By closely collaborating with the Chief Technology Officer, Chief Financial Officer, and their organizations, you will be able to develop leaders and teams, drive organizational effectiveness, engage our employees, foster an inclusive culture, and prioritize the highest impact solutions.
This role reports to the Director, People Business Partners and works closely with other functions across the People Team to deliver key talent and people-focused initiatives.
We are at the stage of company growth where this role will spend time daily on both strategic and tactical areas of focus and work. There’s opportunity for massive strategic impact in being partnered directly with C- and VP level leaders across the globe, while also rolling up your sleeves and contributing to the programs and processes that maintain and enhance the rhythm of the business.
