  • Provide guidance and support to business leaders through organizational changes, growth, challenges, and other key business matters.
  • Work with leadership on succession planning, identifying critical roles within the organization and developing strategies to maintain a robust talent pipeline.
  • Support or lead special projects, such as process optimization, policy implementation, and facilitating high-performance team workshops.

  • Ability to establish relationships and partnerships at all levels of the organization, including worked with and supported C- and VP level executives
  • While not expected to be an expert at statutory requirements of all countries around the world, you have firsthand experience working for a high-growth company during their international expansion phase
  • Exhibit strong leadership and influencing skills, and design, implement, and lead change management initiatives
  • Proven track record demonstrating agility in an ever changing environment
  • Critical thinking skills with creativity and the grit to skillfully problem solve and navigate dynamic, ambiguous situations
  • Ability to handle ambiguity with ease
  • Superb judgment and integrity, including excellent decision making skills and a sense of urgency
