Job summary

SentinelOne is seeking a People Business Partner to grow and scale our organization. You will partner with leaders to drive the people agenda, design talent strategies, and foster a culture aligned with our values. This role emphasizes collaboration, analytics, and impactful decision-making in a fast-paced environment.

You will work closely with global teams, leverage Workday and dashboards, and guide organizational change while supporting leadership development and employee engagement.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree is required.
  • At least 2 years of experience, with at least 1 year in a strategic HRBP role.
  • Strong collaboration skills and ability to work with global teams.
  • Proven executive presence and ability to translate complex ideas clearly.
  • Workday experience is a must; comfort with analytics and partnering with senior leaders.

We are growing our team and we are looking for a People Business Partner with an understanding of what it takes to grow and scale a company and the organizations you partner with. You will model our culture and values and will lead with integrity, optimism and will foster inclusion across all your work and partnerships. You’ll be working directly with the team to lead the decision‑making process on organizational design, compensation, learning & development, and help them navigate employee relations issues. As both an integral member of the People Operations team and the leaders you support, you’ll assess, build, coach, and influence our talent and leaders. This role is a dynamic, hands‑on partnership for someone who is willing to take on the fast‑paced environment found in a hyper‑growth company.

What Will You Do?

Primary responsibilities include:

  • Partner with your customers through planning and execution for programs that matter to their organization and tie that back to our business strategy
  • You will work with business leaders to drive the end‑to‑end People and talent agenda in support of growing and scaling the business and will be a champion of SentineOne’s culture and values
  • Deep business understanding: ability to enhance business performance through the creation of thoughtful People Strategies
  • Ability to orchestrate cross‑functional alignment across the People team: Talent Acquisition, People Technology, Total Rewards, regional People business partners, etc
  • Ensure we have top talent in the most critical roles; coach employees to grow and expand their personal impact
  • Collaborate with L&D to design and implement appropriate training programs that support the needs of the business
  • Actively identify team and organizational needs, evaluate options, drive/develop solutions; and provide tactical support to teams when needed
  • Coach leaders on employee relations and discipline matters, promotion, transfer and terminations discussions
  • Collaborate with the leadership and managers on organizational change initiatives, people/performance decisions, actions, talent management development, employee engagement, communication, and program rollouts
  • Lead coaching and feedback efforts and make recommendations based on a combination of past experiences and in‑depth knowledge
  • Assess organizational health and effectiveness on a regular basis and identify opportunities to drive improvements and efficiencies
  • Leverage tools and systems e.g.; Workforce Dashboard, Workday to perform analytics in support of business strategy to drive key insights/decisions around growth and retention to help support the leadership teams
  • Be a thought leader or subject matter expert on one or more People and Organizational topics including Talent Development, Performance Management, M&A and Engagement
  • Other duties as assigned
What Skills and Knowledge Will You Bring?

Ideal candidates will have:

  • Bachelor’s degree;2+ years of experience, at least 1 year in a strategic HRBP Role is a must
  • Strong collaboration skills and ability to work with global and distributed teams
  • Executive presence: resilience, consultative style, & ability to translate complex ideas into simple terms
  • Workday experience a must
  • Ability to see patterns, diagnose issues, and recommend and develop both immediate and long‑term solutions and mechanisms
  • High business acumen, excellent communication, facilitation and planning/project management skills are also essential
  • Proven experience closely partnering with senior leaders within an organization
  • Demonstrated ability to scale processes and organizations in a technology environment highly desired
  • Ability to embed in a business unit and understand how that part of the business is successful and how it interacts with the other business units
  • Good judgment, friendly, sense of humor and approachable
  • Successfully able to work in a fast paced and high growth environment

Base Salary Range
