Staff Management | SMX is seeking a People & Organization Analyst to support HR operations in our Shared Services team, serving as the first contact for Associates and Managers. Location is Chicago, IL, and you will work within a fast-paced environment delivering high-quality service.

We are seeking a People & Organization Analyst to support HR operations within our Shared Services team. This role serves as the first point of contact for Associates and Managers, guiding policies, programs, and HR applications.

Location: Chicago, IL

Pay: $21-$27/hr

Shift: 1st Shift

Type: Full-Time, Temporary (6-month assignment)
