Job summary

What You'll Do

• Manage the firm's talent pipeline — posting and maintaining openings across LinkedIn, Indeed, and other channels, and owning relationships with external recruiters and headhunters
• Review incoming resumes and screen candidates to build a strong, well-vetted shortlist, partnering with senior team members on the final stages of hiring
• Lead core human resources functions, including onboarding, performance management, and day-to-day employee relations
• Manage and continuously improve the firm's benefits program (medical, dental, retirement, and more), serving as the primary point of contact for employees, brokers, and vendors
• Design and drive team development and culture initiatives, including professional growth programs and team events
• Champion company-wide initiatives — including the evaluation and rollout of new tools and technologies such as AI — to improve how the team works
• Partner with senior executives on ad hoc operational projects and process improvements across the organization
• Completion of special or confidential projects for senior executives from time to time

What We Look For

• At least 5 years of professional experience in operations, people/HR, talent, or a related function — ideally within a small or entrepreneurial environment
• A builder's mindset, comfortable creating structure and process where little exists
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams and priorities concurrently within strict timelines
• Superior interpersonal communication skills, both verbal and written
• Sound judgment and discretion when handling confidential and sensitive matters
• Proficiency within the Microsoft suite of products
• Excellent organization and time management skills
• Commitment to continuous learning and improvement
• Ability to work in a collaborative environment

Compensation: $105,000 – $125,000
