Responsibilities

• Establish and foster relationships with the brokerage community in primary markets
• Source new investment opportunities from these relationships
• Prepare and review investment modeling based on underwriting principles
• Present underwriting to senior executives and investors
• Communicate with internal departments related to underwriting and workflows
• Direct involvement in due diligence for acquisitions
• Interact with senior executives and investors on confidential projects
• Travel occasionally to conduct acquisition inspections

Position Summary & Job Description

With a future focused on growth, we are looking for an Acquisitions Associate to add to our dynamic team. Successful candidates in this position have had the ability to contribute to our company’s growth in a competitive and rewarding environment that is focused on professional development through strategic business opportunities. More specifically, the responsibilities may include, but not limited to:

• Establish and foster relationships with the brokerage community in primary markets
• From these relationships, source new investment opportunities based upon a specific set of criteria and attributes
• Prepare and review detailed investment modeling based on existing underwriting principles
• Effectively present both initial and detailed underwriting to senior executives and investors
• Regularly communicate and collaborate with multiple internal departments related to both underwriting and various other workflows
• Direct involvement in the due diligence process related to pending acquisitions
• Regularly interact with senior executives and investors on confidential projects and tasks
• Intermittent travel to conduct acquisition inspections may be required with little advance notice

Compensation ($80,000 - $100,000)
