  • Flexible financial options: Health savings and flexible spending accounts offered
  • Well-being and work-life balance: Paid time off, flexible schedule, and remote work choices provided

Plus, we work to maintain the best environment for our employees, where people can learn and grow with the company. We strive to provide a collaborative, creative environment where everyone feels encouraged to contribute to our processes, decisions, planning, and culture.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication, interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, HRIS, and talent management systems; SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP certification (Preferred).
Key Accountabilities
  • Implement and maintain HR policies, procedures, documentation, employee records, reporting, and employment law compliance.
  • Manage the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, I-9 verification, status changes, and offboarding.
  • Lead full-cycle recruitment and partner with department leaders on hiring needs, workforce planning, job descriptions, and candidate pipelines.
  • Administer performance management processes and provide guidance to managers on goal setting, feedback, corrective action, and employee development.
  • Serve as a trusted resource for employee relations, workplace concerns, disciplinary processes, conflict resolution, and employment matters.
  • Administer compensation and benefits programs, including annual reviews, merit increases, bonuses, benefits review, and open enrollment.
