  • Provide operational HR support to managers and employees on day-to-day issues such as employee relations, performance management, onboarding, and HR system transactions, ensuring smooth operations.
  • Support organizational effectiveness initiatives such as role clarity, decision-rights alignment, and team health diagnostics within matrixed or cross-functional teams.
  • Leverage data and analytics to guide decision-making, monitor trends (e.g. attrition, engagement, promotion velocity), and offer insights tailored to tech and corporate org needs—such as headcount modeling, skills mapping, or compensation benchmarking.
  • Support engagement initiatives that improve employee experience and build a culture of innovation and inclusivity across the teams.

  • You’ve supported leaders in highly matrixed corporate functions and can help them navigate decision-making, communication, and alignment across multiple stakeholders.
  • You’re familiar with the structure of technical organizations (e.g., engineering pods, sprints, roadmaps) and can hold your own in conversations about technical resourcing, velocity, or product delivery.
