Job summary

Kyndryl, a leading technology services company, seeks a People Analytics Associate with a strong foundation in I/O psychology, psychometrics, and quantitative methods to apply behavioral science to employee experience and organizational effectiveness.

You will design, validate, and interpret assessments and surveys, conduct advanced analyses, and translate findings into actionable narratives for HR leaders and executives, supporting talent strategies across the employee lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Master’s or PhD in I/O Psychology, Quantitative Psychology, Statistics or related field.
• 2+ years in psychometrics, people analytics, or applied behavioral science.
• Deep expertise in factor analysis, SEM, regression, clustering, network analysis, causal inferences, A/B testing.
• Strong programming and data wrangling in R, Python or SQL.
• Proficiency with Glint, Qualtrics or similar survey tools.
• Excellent communication and data storytelling to influence senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Apply I/O psychology to design and validate employee surveys for listening strategies and culture insights.
• Develop and evaluate assessments for hiring, credentialing, and upskilling with robust validity testing.
• Design and run experiments and data-driven interventions to assess talent initiatives.
• Conduct statistical analyses on diverse people data to uncover drivers of behavior and performance.
• Translate findings into clear, actionable narratives for HR leaders and executives.
• Manage multiple projects with ownership, organization, and accountability.
