Job summary

Kyndryl seeks an Industrial-Organisational (I/O) Psychologist to drive talent and organisational analytics within the People Science team. You will oversee psychometric validation, continuous listening, and advanced analytics to support recruiting, learning, engagement, and leadership development.

You will lead a team of 5 analysts and psychometricians, collaborate with data science and HR partners, and translate insights into business impact for tens of thousands of employees.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in advanced analytics, psychometrics, and enterprise analytics.
• Proven leadership in mentoring analytics teams and managing projects.
• Strong communication with senior stakeholders to translate analytics into strategy.
• Hands-on proficiency in statistical languages (R, Python, SPSS, SAS) and ML platforms.

Responsibilities

• Drive analytics to identify drivers of success for employee and leadership development, including training, project matching, assessment tools, and leadership development efforts.
• Oversee psychometric modelling, validation, and Organisational Network Analysis to optimise skill deployment.
• Design and refine performance management systems to evolve the workforce.
• Lead enterprise listening strategies and survey architectures to inform organizational effectiveness and employee experience.
• Mentor a team of analysts and psychometricians; collaborate with data science and HR partners to deploy models into production.
