Job summary
1000 Kyndryl, Inc. is seeking an Industrial‑Organizational Psychologist or Psychometrician to lead talent analytics within the People Science team.
You will drive advanced analytics, validate psychometrics, and translate insights into business impact for leadership and workforce strategy. You will oversee a 5‑person analytics team, collaborate with engineers, HR, and executives, and influence enterprise strategy and thousands of employees globally.
Qualifications
- 7+ years of advanced analytics experience including psychometrics and network analysis.
- Experience leading analytics or technical teams and mentoring staff.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication with executives.
Responsibilities
- Drive talent analytics and psychometric validation across talent and engagement analytics initiatives.
- Oversee psychometric modelling, assessment validation and Organisational Network Analysis (ONA).
- Design and refine enterprise performance management systems and leadership development.
- Lead enterprise listening strategies and develop engagement surveys to inform organisational effectiveness.
- Mentor a team of analysts and psychometricians; align work with strategic roadmap.
