Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a data-driven HR analytics professional in Minnesota to design and coordinate sales training initiatives, track program impact, and maintain training records. You will support the North America Sales Trainee Program, build dashboards, and provide workforce analytics to guide talent management and organizational growth.

• Legal authorization to work in the United States.
• Experience supporting a sales, commercial, or Go-to-Market organization preferred.
• Experience with HCM or HRIS systems, such as Oracle HCM, preferred.
• Experience with data visualization or reporting tools such as Power BI preferred.
• Familiarity with talent management processes preferred.
• Experience with assessment platforms, survey tools, recruiting systems, or talent analytics solutions preferred.
• Ability to work effectively in a global, matrixed environment preferred.

Responsibilities
