Competenze

• A bachelor’s degree and three years of data analysis information experience preferred.
• Comprehensive knowledge of SAM II HR and data warehouse.
• Demonstrated proficiency using SQL for ad hoc queries, report generation, and cleaning data.

Mansioni

• Export information from the data warehouse and other applications to run routine reports and ad hoc queries.
• Conduct analyses of data related to the team member experience and talent management initiatives.
• Convert and validate raw data into clear, meaningful information.
• Effectively communicate results through various mediums and contexts.
• Validate and ensure data accuracy from various data sources in various forms.
• Respond to inquiries from customer agencies related to data requests, dashboards and data issues.
