Qualifications

• 3+ years of Data Engineering experience.
• 3+ years in ETL/ELT.
• 3+ years with SQL and relational DBs.
• 2+ years Python for data manipulation.
• 3+ years with cloud platforms (GCP preferred).
• 2+ years with data warehousing (Snowflake/Redshift/BigQuery).
• 2+ years with scheduling tools like Airflow or Composer.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and manage data pipelines and ETL processes from HR systems.
• Develop and optimize data workflows for accuracy, quality and availability.
• Oversee a team of data engineers, providing mentorship and coding standards guidance.
• Collaborate with HR and analytics stakeholders to structure data for analysis and reporting.
• Ensure data governance and security in line with policies and regulations.
• Partner with HR leaders and IT to translate requirements into data solutions.
