Qualifications

• 3 years of experience in analytics, business intelligence, or people analytics.
• Hands-on experience building dashboards in Power BI or Tableau.
• Experience working with HRIS, ATS, LMS, or payroll platforms.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and optimize dashboards and standardized reports.
• Use SQL to query data from the enterprise data warehouse.
• Perform regular data validation and audits for accuracy.
