Job summary

American Airlines is seeking an Associate Analyst/Analyst in People Analytics at our Fort Worth, TX headquarters. You will provide analytical expertise, manage large HR data sets, and help drive cost savings and process efficiencies across HR.

You will develop forecasting models, scorecards, and insights to inform business decisions, lead and support data projects, and collaborate with team members to deliver high-quality analyses.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in relevant field or equivalent experience/training.
• 2 years of experience in a HR or People Analytics role.
• Experience using innovative thinking ability with high degree of motivation and problem solving skills.
• Advanced degree or Master's degree in Business Administration.

Responsibilities
