Fossil Group's Time to Shine Internship Program in Richardson, TX offers a 10-week, paid People Analytics internship focused on connecting people data, analytics, and AI transformation to HR strategy and business outcomes.

You will partner with HR and cross-functional teams, participate in mentorship, and deliver a capstone project presenting insights and recommendations to leadership.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a related field (HR, IO psychology, psychology, business analytics, data analytics, business administration, statistics).
• Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills, with an interest in data patterns and problem solving.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; able to explain findings to varied audiences.

Responsibilities

• Gather, organize and analyze HR data to identify workforce trends and opportunities.
• Assist with HR reporting, dashboards and metrics (headcount, talent acquisition, engagement, retention).
• Translate data into actionable insights to support business decisions and employee experience.
• Support AI transformation initiatives and explore how emerging tech can improve HR processes.
