Fossil Group is hosting a 10-week People Analytics Internship as part of the Time to Shine Internship Program at Fossil Group HQ in Richardson, TX. You’ll help connect people, data, and technology to support data-driven decision-making and improve the employee experience.

You’ll work on workforce trends, HR reporting, and AI transformation with mentorship, professional development, and a capstone project to turn data into actionable insights for business goals.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field.
• At least 18 years old.
• Willing to work in person at Fossil Group HQ, Richardson, TX.
• Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented with data accuracy.
• Strong written and verbal communication; able to present findings.
• Familiarity with Excel; data visualization or reporting tools a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support HR data analytics to identify workforce trends.
• Assist with HR reporting, dashboards, and metrics (headcount, engagement).
• Translate data into actionable insights for decisions.
• Contribute to AI transformation initiatives in HR processes.
• Collaborate with HR partners and cross-functional teams.
• Maintain accurate HR data and documentation.
• Present capstone project to Fossil leadership.
• Build connections across the organization and present a capstone project.
