Fossil Group HQ in Richardson, TX seeks a Summer Finance Intern to join the Time to Shine Internship Program. This paid, hands-on role provides real-world exposure to FP&A, budgeting, reporting, and cross-functional partnerships.

You will work on finance projects, receive mentorship, present a capstone to leadership, and collaborate with teams across Brand & Marketing, E-commerce, Supply Chain, and Corporate functions during the 10-week Summer 2027 program.

Competenze

• Pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Analytics or related field.
• Available to work in-person at Fossil Group HQ in Richardson, TX.
• Must be 18+ by start date.
• Strong numerical and analytical skills.
• Proficient in Excel; experience with financial tools is a plus.

About the Internship

We are seeking a Summer Finance Intern to join our Time to Shine Internship Program at Fossil Group HQ in Richardson, TX. This paid, hands-on program is designed for those who are eager to gain real-world finance experience while contributing to meaningful business initiatives.

Throughout the program, you’ll gain exposure to financial planning and analysis, reporting, budgeting, and cross-functional business partnerships—while learning how finance drives decisions and supports teams across Brand & Marketing, Commercial (Retail, Wholesale, E-commerce), Supply Chain, and Corporate functions.

What You Will Do in This Role

• Support Finance team initiatives through meaningful project work that contributes directly to business decisions

• Assist with financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and data reconciliation

• Learn how financial insights drive strategy across a global organization

Who You Are (Requirements)

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Analytics, or a related field

• At least 18 years old by the start of the program

• Available to work in-person at Fossil Group HQ in Richardson, TX (Mon–Thurs onsite, Fri remote)

• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail

• Comfortable working with data, numbers, and financial concepts

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel; experience with financial tools or systems is a plus

• Curious, motivated, and eager to learn in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
