The Fossil Group in Richardson, TX is offering a Summer Marketing Intern position within our Time to Shine Internship Program. This paid, hands-on role focuses on social media, content, and brand marketing, with opportunities to work on real campaigns and learn from mentors.

You will develop content, manage calendars, research trends, and explore creator partnerships while collaborating across Marketing, Brand, Creative, and PR teams. The program runs for 10 weeks this Summer.

Qualifikationen

• Pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree with expected graduation Spring 2027–Spring 2028.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and attention to detail.
• Familiarity with major social platforms and digital trends.

Aufgaben

• Support development and execution of social media content and campaigns.
• Assist with social calendars, content planning, and campaign organization.
• Research emerging social and consumer trends; identify opportunities across platforms.
• Research potential creator and influencer partnerships aligned with objectives.
• Collaborate with Brand, Creative, PR and other Marketing teams.
• Assist with social reporting, performance analysis, and presentations.
