Job summary

Responsibilities

• Sell PEO products and services by developing new clients and increasing the client base.
• Leverage go-to-market strategy to identify needs and present Paychex solutions to stakeholders.
• Schedule appointments and visit potential and current referral sources, especially brokers.
• Prospect for new clients and referral sources using calls, mail, seminars and visits.
• Analyze client needs and route to appropriate sales partner for onboarding.
• Complete and submit new business paperwork and weekly activity reports.
• Onboard PEO clients following policies for a smooth transition.
• Travel as needed for conferences, training or meetings.
• Represent Paychex positively to clients and communities.
