Job summary

Paychex is seeking a field sales professional in Indianapolis to sell PEO products and services, expand the client base, and drive profitability within the PEO Sales organization.

You will leverage Go-to-Market strategies, meet with brokers and potential clients, onboard new PEO clients, and travel as needed to conferences or regional meetings. This is a full-time role with base plus commissions and a comprehensive rewards program.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma required.
• 5 years of experience in relevant sales/sales management or the equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 2 years of experience in relevant sales/sales management or the equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Under general supervision of Sales management and within specific quota attainment guidelines for the position.
• Leverage Go-to-Market Sales Strategy to identify customer needs and present Paychex solution to key stakeholders and decision makers.
• Schedule appointments and visit potential and current referral sources, specifically brokers, to secure referrals to end users.
• Prospect for new clients and new referral sources beyond the Paychex base using phone, direct mail, seminars, and local marketing programs.
• Analyze prospects’ needs and interests, determine appropriate products, and refer to the correct sales partner.
