Job summary

Rippling is seeking a PEO Benefits Advisor to quote and compare health insurance plans for customers, working with Account Executives and PEO counterparts to present options. You will help design scalable processes to expand the team and minimize operational burden through automation, collaborating cross-functionally to improve financial performance.

You will directly engage with customers and internal teams to gather data, evaluate plans, and guide insurance choices in a fast-growing PEO

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a client-facing role within health insurance.
• Deep understanding of the health insurance market.
• Excellent client-facing communication, both written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Interface with prospects/customers to collect data needed to quote the group with third-party Underwriters.
• Provide timely, accurate comparative analysis of existing plans and Rippling PEO plans.
• Leverage the Rippling product to evaluate insurance plans/rates and enter plan selections.
• Partner with Rippling Sales and PEO Account Executives to guide clients through insurance options.
• Establish processes to professionalize the process while optimizing efficiency and accuracy.
