Job summary

Rippling is seeking a Benefits Renewal Advisor to manage our brokerage book and advise small business owners during annual insurance renewals. You will also support Rippling’s PEO renewal each fall, ensuring smooth quoting and installation.

You will transform the complexity of health insurance into clear concepts for a seamless renewal experience, coordinate with carriers and internal teams, and proactively identify opportunities to expand coverage at renewal.

Qualifications

• Two or more years in a consultative account management role.
• Well versed in the group health insurance space.
• Excellent client-facing communication skills, in both verbal and written form.
• Collaborative spirit with a track record of success.
• Demonstrated ability to thrive in a high-velocity, fast-paced environment.
• An active Life, Accident & Health license.
