Job summary

LTC Solutions, LLC is seeking a Senior Strategic Process SME to provide executive-level advisory support on-site at the Pentagon, Arlington, VA. The role requires an active Top Secret/SCI clearance and a history translating strategic guidance into high-impact presentations and planning products.

You will work with Headquarters Marine Corps and Joint staff to advance Force Design, logistics modernization, and strategic communications, delivering briefs, papers, and strategic documents for senior

Qualifications

• U.S. Citizen with an Active Top Secret/SCI clearance and CAC eligibility.
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.
• Eight (8) years of experience supporting HQ Marine Corps or equivalent.
• Experience providing strategic advisory support to SES and General Officers.
• Proven ability to translate strategy into executive presentations and briefs.
• Experience developing executive-level policy documents and speeches.
• Proficiency with MS Office, Teams, SharePoint and collaboration tools.

Responsibilities

• Provide senior action-officer and strategic advisory support to SES and General Officer leadership.
• Translate strategic guidance into executive presentations, briefings, and decision papers.
• Develop speeches, talking points, congressional testimony input, information papers, and briefing materials.
• Conduct research and analysis supporting organizational modernization and PPBEA.
• Coordinate executive tasking and workflow through ETMS2 and collaboration tools.
• Support development of CONEMP/CONOPS and resourcing strategies.
• Coordinate with HQMC, FMF, Joint Staff, and other stakeholders to synchronize initiatives.
• Prepare briefings and organizational communications materials.
