Job summary

Systems Planning and Analysis, Inc. (SPA) seeks an Acquisition Subject Matter Expert to provide onsite support at the Pentagon in Arlington, VA. The SME will support Joint Staff J-8 leadership, manage MDAPs, and advise on cost, schedule, and performance analyses.

Required: Master's degree, 20+ years in national security and DoD programs, TS/SCI clearance, and DoD PM experience; ability to work onsite. Desired: PMI/DAWIA Program Management certification.

Qualifications

• Master's degree required; PhD may substitute for 5 years of experience.
• 20+ years of National Security and Military Operations experience.
• Experience with DoD program management procedures and DoD 5000-series.
• Active TS/SCI clearance; able to work onsite based on client needs.

Responsibilities

• Support Joint Staff J-8 leadership with MDAP oversight and other programs.
• Provide analyses of cost, schedule, and performance for acquisition programs.
• Develop information products: briefs, papers, briefs, memoranda, emails.
