Job summary

RMC Global is seeking a Program Analyst to support Pentagon customers in Arlington, VA, delivering coordination, assessment, and policy support across DoD directives. The role covers mission assurance topics, cybersecurity, and emergency management while interfacing with multiple headquarters and external stakeholders.

Ideal candidates bring a Bachelor’s degree and at least one year of related experience, with DoD security clearance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• Minimum 1 year of work experience (including internships or work-study).
• Security Clearance: DoD Secret Clearance or higher required.

Responsibilities

• Support military customers and program personnel with assessments and reports.
• Coordinate event logistics and travel for domestic and international engagements.
• Draft, edit, and proofread DoD reports and briefings.
• Maintain administrative duties and support program offices as needed.
