Job summary

Bering-Alaka`ina Holdings, LLC is seeking a Policy Analyst to support a government customer in Arlington, Virginia. The role focuses on assessing international-security policy, advising on DoW-related programs, and coordinating with multiple USG entities to shape policy and program investments.

The position requires a Master’s degree and a minimum of ten years of senior-level experience, exceptional written and oral communication skills, and a TS/SCI clearance.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree from an accredited college/university.
• Ten years’ experience at senior levels within DoW, other government agencies, or industry equivalents.
• Ability to operate independently with minimal direction.
• Strong communication skills for DoW and USG staff.
• Willingness to sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments of changes to the international political-military environment and potential impacts on DoW and USG efforts.
• Provide advice to USG decision makers on international agreements and related policies.
• Analyze national security policy issues related to DoW support and coordinate with USG offices and partners.
• Provide decision-support on CCMD and War Agency programs and recommended changes.
• Other duties as assigned by Supervisor.
