Job summary

Kiakahi LLC is seeking an experienced Management Analyst II to join its cybersecurity team in Philadelphia, PA. Responsibilities include supporting the cybersecurity program, policy writing, A&A artifact review, and RMF package development to obtain ATO or AO approval.

Applicants should have a bachelor's or advanced degree in a technical or business field, 5+ years in related analysis, and U.S. citizenship with a current Secret clearance. Benefits include health, dental, and 401(k) offerings.

Qualifications

Bachelor's or advanced degree in a business or technical field from an accredited college or university.
Five (5) years or more in engineering/science management, operations research analysis, or financial/cost analysis.
Significant experience in U.S. Navy programs or operations.
U.S. Citizenship and a current Secret clearance.

Responsibilities

Support development, monitoring, and execution of the cybersecurity program.
Assist in writing cybersecurity policy, reviewing A&A artifacts, and assess AO artifacts.
Support implementation of security postures and lifecycle management, analysis and reporting.
Conduct operations research analysis and financial/cost analysis in support of program objectives.
Present data to management, develop reports, and produce procedural documentation.
