Job summary

Everforth ECS seeks a Project Manager to lead the 15-month Mission Integrator effort for a DoD program, onsite at the Pentagon in Arlington, VA. You will synchronize government objectives with engineering execution, manage risks, and coordinate across government and vendor teams.

Responsibilities include developing integrated work plans, prioritizing backlog, and ensuring deliverables meet schedule and governance requirements. Pentagon clearance and DoD familiarity are preferred.

Qualifications

• Must have a relevant bachelor’s degree and DoD/ government project experience.
• Strong leadership of multidisciplinary teams and stakeholder communication.
• Experience decomposing mission needs into actionable requirements and user stories.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day execution and synchronization of the 15-month Mission Integrator effort.
• Interface with CDAO, Combatant Commands, government leads, and vendors.
• Develop, maintain, and communicate an integrated program work plan and staffing plan.
• Coordinate intelligence/targeting and joint fires teams and ensure governance and risk management.
