Job summary

Everforth ECS seeks a Project Manager to lead a 15‑month Mission Integrator effort at the Pentagon in Arlington, VA. You will coordinate government leads, engineers, vendors, and mission users to deliver prioritized increments and testable user stories while ensuring compliance with government workflows.

The role requires a TS/SCI clearance, 5–8 years of PM experience in complex operations, and strict onsite presence with possible <50% travel. Salary aligns with DoD standards and funding.

Qualifications

• U.S. Citizen required.
• Top Secret/SI clearance with ability to obtain and maintain access.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Operations, Program Management, or related field.
• 5–8 years of PM experience in complex government/military programs.
• Onsite work at the Pentagon in Arlington, VA.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% across CONUS/OCONUS.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day execution and synchronization of the Mission Integrator effort.
• Serve as principal Contractor interface with government leads and stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain integrated program work plans, milestones, and staffing plans.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams and ensure alignment with government objectives.
• Prepare and deliver governance, status, and decision-support materials.
• Manage risk, issues, dependencies, actions, and suspense dates across workstreams.
