Job summary

PensionsAge is seeking an Associate to support the effective management of occupational pension schemes and uphold governance standards. The role offers development potential and exposure to a range of strategic and operational projects.

You will assist with adviser reviews, scheme governance, and regulatory reporting, while engaging with overseas linked schemes in a hybrid working setup across major UK locations.

Qualifications

• Experience with DB, DC, and Master Trust pension schemes.
• Strong project management and data analysis skills.
• Familiarity with PPF assessments, ESOG, GDPR, and cyber security.
• Excellent minute writing, documentation control, and communication skills.
• Progress toward professional pensions qualifications (e.g. PMI).

In this role, you’ll help maintain high governance standards, act as Scheme Secretary (where appointed), and contribute to a variety of strategic and operational projects.
