Job summary

Sammons seeks a seasoned professional to lead delivery, governance and development of pension and benefit programmes across the UK and Ireland. You will oversee DB and DC schemes, governance, compliance, and auto-enrolment duties while coordinating with trustees, consultants and insurers to deliver renewals and communications.

You will drive improvements, insights, and excellence in benefits administration, leveraging strong communication skills and extensive pensions experience to guide client

Qualifications

• Extensive DB & DC pensions experience gained in consultancy or in-house.
• Up-to-date knowledge of pension legislation and compliance.
• Proven ability to manage stakeholders, projects and vendors.
• Strong communication and analytical skills.
