Job summary

You will guide governance, review calculations, and collaborate with Operations and Valuation teams to ensure accurate reporting.

The role requires strong communication, project management, and the ability to explain complex materials clearly. Location options include Jersey City, Wilmington, Houston, or remote locations.

Qualifications

• Defined benefit pension experience and ability to interpret complex provisions.
• Experience in pricing, valuation, actuarial modeling or pension administration.
• Strong project management, governance awareness, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Explain technical actuarial/pension topics to stakeholders.
• Act as defined benefit pension expert within the company.
• Assess pension risks, calculate premiums and customize terms.
• Guide onboarding and cross-functional collaboration.
• Design governance, controls, processes and procedures.
• Review actuarial calculations and modeling.
• Support operations and valuation teams for new business.
• Lead projects with sound judgment.
