Job summary

Conduent is looking for a Pension Analyst Specialist II/Documentation SME to lead plan requirements ownership for Defined Benefit pension plans. You will translate complex plan provisions into business, operational, calculation, and system requirements, and maintain comprehensive BRDs and supporting materials.

You will collaborate with pension administrators, business and technical teams, and client HR to ensure documentation and calculations stay accurate and aligned with plan changes.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on Defined Benefit pension experience required.
• Expert knowledge of Defined Benefit pension plan administration, plan provisions, eligibility, and benefit calculations.
• Experience as a requirements owner, business requirements analyst, plan documentation SME, or similar role within pension administration.
• Experience interpreting pension plan documents and translating plan provisions into business, calculation, operational, and/or system requirements.

Responsibilities

• Serve as Plan Requirements Owner and Documentation SME for assigned Defined Benefit pension plans.
• Interpret pension plan provisions and translate them into clear business, operational, calculation, and system requirements.
• Develop, review, maintain, and update BRDs and other plan requirements documentation.
• Maintain accurate plan documentation, procedures, calculation requirements, work instructions, and supporting materials.
