Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee pension team workflow and scheduling.
• Coach, train, and develop staff; apply corrective actions.
• Ensure alignment with Fund plans, goals, deadlines, and compliance.
• Onboard and train new hires; communicate team objectives.
• Provide performance reports and recommendations.
• Maintain compliant processes with plan documents and laws.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement.
• Provide guidance on complex departmental issues.
• Promote morale and collaboration; ensure HIPAA confidentiality.
