LHH is seeking a highly analytical Pension Analyst in Pleasanton, CA to support pension benefit administration and accurate calculations.

You will collaborate with internal teams, handle inquiries, and ensure compliance with applicable regulations, including privacy standards.

Qualifications

• Experience working with pension, benefits, or HR data.
• Strong numerical aptitude with the ability to interpret plan rules.
• Familiar with QDROS and Lien.
• High attention to detail with data-entry accuracy.
• Strong proficiency in Excel and navigating multiple administrative systems.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a case-driven environment.

In this role, you will be responsible for performing accurate pension calculations, validating participant data, and managing case files to ensure seamless processing of retirement and benefit requests. • Maintain accurate case logs, documentation, and tracking reports.

• Assist with special projects related to pension administration and workflow optimization.

• Strong numerical aptitude with the ability to interpret plan rules and apply formulas accurately.
