LifeWise Academy is hiring a Planning Program Coach. This full-time, remote role supports local LifeWise launch teams to pray, promote, and plan their LifeWise program during school hours.
You will equip, train, and guide launch teams, help recruit a local program director, and facilitate fundraising and local administration efforts with a strong emphasis on teamwork and accountable leadership.
Decades ago, our nation systematically removed Bible education from the public school day. LifeWise Academy is bringing it back. Under a little-known Supreme Court ruling, LifeWise empowers communities to provide Bible education for their public school students DURING SCHOOL HOURS. Tens of thousands of public school students attend LifeWise Bible classes each week.
We believe released time is the greatest missed opportunity of the church in America to reach the next generation. But we want to change that and we need your help!
You love Jesus. You love kids. You enjoy helping others succeed. Whether encouraging someone through a challenge, celebrating a milestone, or helping a leader develop a plan to overcome obstacles, you find joy in seeing people grow in confidence and effectiveness. You are organized, proactive, and able to keep multiple projects moving at the same time. You naturally follow through on commitments, communicate clearly, and aren't afraid to have honest conversations that help people stay on track.
You notice when something doesn't seem right and ask good questions before small issues become big problems. You balance encouragement with accountability and are energized by helping teams achieve ambitious goals. At the end of the day, you do what it takes to get things done. Above all, you know this isn’t just your career. It’s a chance to do something meaningful. A chance to serve others. And a chance to make a life-changing impact on students with the gospel.
