Job summary

LifeWise Academy Inc. is seeking a program director in Indiana to lead and grow our LifeWise Bible education program during school hours.

You will build strong relationships with schools, parents and churches, coordinate fundraising efforts and manage a compassionate, Christ-centered team. The role focuses on leading and supporting volunteers, overseeing operations, scheduling and enrollment while promoting sustainability through donor partnerships.

Qualifications

• Experience in ministry, education, fundraising, administration, volunteer coordination or community engagement is helpful.
• A heart for the mission and experience collaborating with schools, churches and communities.

Responsibilities

• Lead and grow LifeWise programs by building community partnerships with school leaders, parents and local churches.
• Coordinate local fundraising efforts and donor communications, events and sponsorships.
• Recruit, train and support teams; foster a welcoming Christ-centered culture for students and families.
• Oversee scheduling, enrollment, budgeting and basic program administration; ensure compliance with school policies.

Decades ago, our nation systematically removed Bible education from the public school day. LifeWise Academy is bringing it back. Under a little-known Supreme Court ruling, LifeWise empowers communities to provide Bible education for their public school students DURING SCHOOL HOURS. Tens of thousands of public school students attend LifeWise Bible classes each week.

Job Description

What You'll Do

As program director, you'll help lead and grow your community's LifeWise program by:

Building Community Relationships

• Develop positive partnerships with school leaders, parents, churches and community
  members
• Serve as a trusted representative of LifeWise Academy in the local community
• Communicate the vision and impact of the program

Leading Fundraising and Community Support

• Coordinate local fundraising efforts and community giving campaigns
• Lead donor communication, appreciation and stewardship
• Conduct church presentations, fundraising events, sponsorship opportunities and
  community outreach initiatives
• Encourage ongoing financial partnerships to help sustain and grow the program
• Utilize the LifeWise Academy fundraising strategies

Leading and Supporting Team Members

• Recruit, train, encourage and support team members
• Foster a safe, welcoming, Christ-centered culture for students and families
• Coordinate teams to ensure classes run smoothly and safely

Managing Program Operations

• Oversee communication, scheduling, enrollment and basic administrative tasks
• Assist with budgeting, fundraising coordination and stewardship ofresources
• Maintain compliance with school policies and LifeWise Academy procedures
