Job summary

The Pen Tester will guide the integration of automated and AI-assisted testing capabilities into the organization’s Agentic AI architecture, improving speed, accuracy, and repeatability of offensive security operations.

Qualifications

• Two years of Penetration-Testing experience.
• Penetration testing across at least two domains (network, cloud, web app, identity, or containers).
• Experience operating within defined Rules of Engagement (ROE).
• Proficiency with common offensive-security tools (Burp Suite, Cobalt Strike, Metasploit, BloodHound).
• Ability to produce high-quality technical documentation and remediation guidance.

Responsibilities

• Consolidate penetration-testing efforts into a unified program with standard methodologies and reporting.
• Establish and maintain ROE, including scope, communication, safety constraints, escalation paths, and evidence handling.
• Coordinate and supervise test execution with internal teams, contractors, and third-party assessors.
