Schwob Building Company in Coppell, TX, seeks a PEMB Project Manager to lead pre-engineered metal building projects from award through completion. You will manage budgets, schedules, procurement, subcontractors, and client relationships to ensure safe, high‑quality execution. The ideal candidate understands PEMB systems and steel erection, reads drawings and specs, and takes ownership of delivering projects on time and within budget while coordinating with owners, GC partners, and field teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in PEMB, structural steel, or industrial construction projects.
• Knowledge of metal building systems, steel erection, and sequencing.
• Ability to read construction drawings, erection drawings, specs, and contracts.

Responsabilités

• Manage all phases of PEMB projects including procurement, construction, and closeout.
• Review contracts, drawings, specifications, and scope to identify responsibilities and risks.
• Develop and maintain project budgets, schedules, forecasts, and reports.
