Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Minimum six months of construction experience preferred.
• Ability to read basic construction drawings and follow installation instructions.
• Willingness to travel and stay overnight as the project requires.

Responsibilities

• Assemble and erect pre-engineered metal building systems per drawings and manufacturer specs.
• Install roof systems, wall panels, insulation, doors, and windows.
• Read erection plans and installation details; verify fit and alignment.
• Safely operate aerial lifts, scissor lifts, forklifts, and telehandlers; perform daily inspections.
• Maintain safety, PPE, and keep work areas clean and organized.
• Coordinate with Foreman and crew to meet project schedules and quality standards.
