Job summary

Southwest Building Solutions is seeking a Pre-Engineered Metal Building Erector to assemble and install PEMB systems across project sites in Arizona. You will work under a Foreman and collaborate with crew members to deliver safe, high-quality installations under tight schedules.

Responsibilities include erecting structural components, installing roofing and wall systems, and maintaining safety and equipment readiness on outdoor sites.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Read basic construction drawings and follow installation instructions.
• Willingness to travel and stay overnight as the project requires.
• Ability to operate hand and power tools safely, including use at heights with fall protection.

Responsibilities

• Assemble and erect pre-engineered metal building systems per drawings and manufacturer specs.
• Install roof systems, wall panels, trim, insulation, doors, windows, and related components.
• Safely operate aerial lifts, scissor lifts, forklifts, and other construction equipment.
• Ensure work meets quality standards and project specifications; report issues to Foreman.
