Job summary

Southwest Building Solutions LLC seeks a skilled PEMB Erector to safely assemble, install, and align pre-engineered metal building components at project sites across Northern Arizona. You will read drawings, operate lifts, and coordinate with a foreman to meet schedule and quality standards.

This full-time, non-exempt role requires travel throughout Arizona, physical outdoor work, and a commitment to safety and teamwork to deliver durable results for diverse clients.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Minimum construction experience preferred.
• Ability to read basic construction drawings and follow installation instructions.
• Willingness to travel and stay overnight as projects require.

Responsibilities

• Assemble and erect pre-engineered metal building systems per drawings and specs.
• Install roof systems, wall panels, doors, and related components.
• Safely operate aerial lifts, forklifts, and other equipment.
• Follow safety policies, perform inspections, and maintain clean job sites.
• Collaborate with Foreman and crew to meet schedule and quality goals.
• Support quality inspections and punch list completion.
