Qualifications

- TN Physical Therapist license in the state of TN.
- CPR certification and ability to maintain certification.
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive physical therapy evaluations.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
- Maintain accurate records and prepare reports.
- Interact professionally with patients, families, and staff.
- Supervise PT Assistants, Exercise Physiologists, Technicians, and students.
- Contribute to program development and educational activities.
- Assist in outreach community events as directed by Clinic Director.
