Job summary

Red Seal Recruiting Ltd. is partnering with a specialty outpatient pelvic health organization to recruit Physical Therapists and Occupational Therapists.

This role focuses on one-on-one pelvic health care in a dedicated clinic setting, delivering personalized treatment plans and evidence-based interventions. Clinical leadership supports mentorship, ongoing education, and opportunities to advance into specialist, director, and regional leadership paths.

Qualifications

• Current state licensure or eligibility in the applicable state.
• Completion of Level 1 internal pelvic floor training (e.g., Herman & Wallace Pelvic Floor Level 1) or equivalent APTA Pelvic Health course.
• Strong clinical communication skills and commitment to evidence-based care.
• PTA candidates considered; training available for the right candidate; mentorship and career development provided.

Responsibilities

• Provide pelvic health PT/OT services with individualized, evidence-based care.
• Collaborate with clinical leadership and participate in mentorship, case reviews, and continuous education.
