Qualifications

• Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy or Occupational Therapy program.
• Current state licensure or eligibility for licensure in the applicable state.
• Completion of Level 1 internal pelvic floor training course, such as Herman & Wallace Pelvic Floor Level 1 or an equivalent Pelvic Health course
• Strong clinical communication skills and a commitment to individualized, evidence-based care
