Key People is partnering with a rapidly growing outpatient pelvic health organization seeking passionate Physical Therapists and Occupational Therapists to join its expanding clinical teams. This is a specialty practice dedicated to pelvic health, with one-on-one, 40-minute appointments, flexible scheduling, and potential pathways from staff PT to clinic director and regional leadership.

The opportunity includes mentorship, CE allowances, and comprehensive benefits.

Formación

• Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy or Occupational Therapy program.
• Current state licensure or eligibility for licensure in the applicable state.
• Level 1 internal pelvic floor training (e.g., Herman & Wallace Pelvic Floor Level 1).

Responsabilidades

• Professional development is a central part of this opportunity.
• New clinicians receive a designated mentor, individualized learning support, and access to experienced pelvic health specialists.
• Clinical teams collaborate through regular case reviews, peer feedback, shadowing, and educational workshops.
• Continuing education allowances of $1,000 annually for full-time clinicians and $500 for part-time clinicians.
• Reimbursement for professional license and CPR renewals.
• Financial support toward advanced pelvic health coursework and certifications.
