Job summary

Confident Search Consultants is partnering with a rapidly growing specialty outpatient pelvic health organization seeking passionate Physical Therapists and Occupational Therapists to join expanding clinical teams in Idaho. This role focuses on one-on-one pelvic health care in a dedicated setting with access to mentorship and careers in clinical leadership.

Qualifications

• Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy or Occupational Therapy program.
• Current state licensure or eligibility for licensure in the applicable state.
• Completion of a Level 1 internal pelvic floor training course (e.g., Herman & Wallace Pelvic Floor Level 1) or equivalent APTA Pelvic Health course.
• Strong clinical communication skills and commitment to evidence-based care.

Responsibilities

• Provide pelvic health PT services with one-on-one, 40-minute sessions.
• Collaborate with clinical leadership, mentors, and peers to maintain high-quality care.
• Engage in continuing education and participate in program development and leadership pathways.
