Job summary

H.T. Prof Executive Search partners with a rapidly growing specialty outpatient pelvic health organization to place Physical Therapists and Occupational Therapists across clinics in Utah and Idaho, including Boise and Eagle in ID.

Qualifications

• Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy or Occupational Therapy program.
• Current state licensure or eligibility for licensure.
• Completion of Level 1 internal pelvic floor training (e.g., Herman & Wallace).
• Strong clinical communication skills and evidence‑based care commitment.

Responsibilities

• Provide pelvic health PT/OT care in a one‑on‑one, patient‑centered model.
• Collaborate with clinical leadership and peers to ensure best practices.
• Maintain thorough documentation and treatment plans in the EMR.
